Making the community staff team’s name great and showing that we are active, helpful, professional, and trusted by all of the other members in the community. Bringing good values to the server as a staff is a MUST because staff team is the example for all of the other members in the community. I will be active, and answer to help as much as I could with no doubts and laziness. (100 words minimum):[/color][/b] [color=#f39c12]I wanted to be a staff because being a staff is one of my hobby while playing games, I wanted to protect the server from minges, rule breakers, hackers, etc. Helping people is also my priority in real life including in game, so as a staff I would love to help people no matter what and I will help them as much as I could to make the person satisfy with the help I give. I am already experienced in many server in GMod as well as other games and to be honest I have done mistakes as a staff while I was active in the other server but from my mistakes I would learn from what I have done. By that I could become better and give a good example to the community, giving them a fun experience, warm welcomes, and other things as a staff. If I became a staff, no matter what I would be active in duty while people needed help, serving community members that need help is a priority personally. Having the professional attitude is also my thing when becoming a staff.[/color] [b][color=#3498db]Tell us more about yourself (100 words minimum):[/color][/b] [color=#f39c12]I live in Indonesia I am 17 years old and I am the type of guy that loves discipline, professionalism, strict, fun, and patienceI am experienced as a staff in many server as I have a hobby to become a staff in any server due to some people decided to minge, and some did not know about the rules. I am experienced in organizing groups and events as I have already experienced it in real life, I am in an organization called SCALA a group of nature lover. We usually go camping and do bootcamps to train mental and disciplines, I am a medic and I have a responsibility to help people that are in need of medical attention, from there I gain professionalism, and discipline due to my title as a Medic in the organization. I also had a community where I expanded them to 90+ members, I do this because I enjoy organizing a group so I decided to make one since I stopped playing GMod before. Sometimes I stopped playing GMod because the server I played is usually from Europe/US. I love playing GMod because I love becoming staff in each of the server I think that is suitable for me, and through that becoming a staff is a hobby. When it comes to become a staff I use my professional and discipline ability to be strict. I am also a person that always go straight to the point, because I do not have time to waste In any cases.[/color]
